Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd(IL&FS) was promoted by the Central Bank of India, Housing Development & Finance Corporation Ltd and Unit Trust of India and was incorporated in 1987. The Company has been mandated to undertake operations in the following broad business segments:
