For this purpose, 5000 acres of land near to Ghaziabad and in the Hapur Express Highway has been allocated to UCDPL. 

M/s Uppal Chadha Hi- Tech Developers Pvt. Ltd has engaged IL&FS Ecosmart Ltd to develop MSW management plan for the city. The study estimated the amount of different types of waste to be generated in the city from different sources. The concept report also documented different waste collection & transportation model along with different waste treatment technology process. A financial budgeting for each of the waste collection & transportation system & waste treatment technology process has also been done.
