Project Description:

Preparation of Influx Management Plan

• Influx Management Plan is being formulated in consultation with CGPL and would take into account the following components:
• Project influence area to be considered
• Contractual obligations in the EPC contract for appointment of local labour
• Location and construction of construction workers' camp, facilities to be provided at the construction workers' camp and at site.
• Institutional setup within CGPL pertaining to Personnel Management and Industrial relation, HR, procurement division, contracts, CSR and EHS.
• Manpower/Staff requirement and their skill sets during construction phase to be appointed by the EPC contractor or other sub-contractors.

Preparation of Security Management Plan

• Security Management Plan is being formulated in consultation with CGPL and would take into account the following components:
• Institutional setup within CGPL pertaining to Personnel Management and Industrial relation, HR, procurement division,
• CGPL’s action plan to address issues pertaining to security of Plant, township, host villages and peripheral villages.
• Working arrangement with District administration, State Police and Fire services.
