Mr. Pradeep Puri

Mr. Puri is a post graduate from Delhi University. He has served in the Govt. of India as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer starting from 1978. Before joining IL&FS in 1998 he was the director of foreign investment in the department of economic affairs, Govt. of India. He has nearly three decades of vast work experience including the past nine years with IL&FS.

He is currently the President & CEO of NOIDA Toll Bridge Company Ltd. (NTBCL) promoted by IL&FS. NTBCL has built the Delhi-Noida-Delhi (DND) Flyway, an eight-lane express highway linking Delhi and Noida.

Dr. Archana Niranjan Hingorani

Dr. Hingorani is a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) with post-graduate qualifications in Management (MBA) as well as a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.

Dr. Hingorani, Executive Director, IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, has over two decades of experience in the financial services business, teaching and research. Her focus has been on private equity, project finance and financial structuring, with a specialization in infrastructure, manufacturing and recently in real estate projects. Dr. Hingorani has worked on some of the pioneering private finance transactions in India and has participated in negotiating and structuring project contracts, especially in the infrastructure sector. She is one of the founding members of the IL&FS private equity business and has overseen investments with an aggregate capitalization value in excess of US$ 4.5 Billion.

Mr. Milind Patel

Milind is an Investment Banker with more that 15 years in the field. He has worked on several international and domestic mandates across Asset & Structured finance and Project finance in Aviation, Marine, Power and Telecom sectors. He was responsible for consummating innovative deals which facilitated in efficient access to capital and creation of  optimal structures which maximized risk-pricing arbitrage for corporate and projects

Milind currently oversees the Financial Services business of IL&FS in his capacity as Executive Director, IL&FS Financial Services Ltd.

Mr. Harisankaran - Honorary Advisor to the Board

Mr. Hari Sankaran is masters in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science –London.  With over 15 years of work experience in project development and financing in top management positions, Mr. Sankaran has spearheaded the commercialisation of infrastructure projects in India.  He has been instrumental in developing a significant infrastructure project development and business portfolio for IL&FS and has spearheaded the development of the infrastructure business. 

Mr. Hari Sankaran is the Managing Director of IL&FS Ltd.
